AMU’s S.H. Senior Secondary School (Boys) Felicitates Civil Services Qualifier and Alumnus Shakil Ahmad

TNN News : Saiyyid Hamid Senior Secondary School (Boys), Aligarh Muslim University, organised a felicitation ceremony to honour its distinguished alumnus, Mr. Shakil Ahmad, who successfully qualified the prestigious Civil Services Examination 2024.
Addressing the students, Mr. Shakil Ahmad urged them to set clear goals and dedicate themselves fully to their pursuit. “There is no substitute for hard work done in a planned and consistent manner,” he said, encouraging students to stay focused and make the best use of time and available opportunities.
Mr. Ahmad completed his Class XII from Saiyyid Hamid Senior Secondary School (Boys) before pursuing B.Tech. from Aligarh Muslim University.
Speaking on the occasion, Professor Asfar Ali Khan, Director, Directorate of School Education, commended Mr. Ahmad’s exceptional achievement and described it as an inspiration for the entire student community. He advised the students to draw motivation from the success of their senior and to work with single-minded devotion.
Professor Mohd Azam Khan, Deputy Director, Directorate of School Education, congratulated Mr. Shakil Ahmad and called him a role model for aspiring learners. He said such accomplishments reflect the academic potential and promise nurtured in AMU’s school system.
In his vote of thanks, Mr. Sabahuddin, Principal of the school, expressed immense pride in Mr. Ahmad’s success and said that his achievement is a matter of honour for the students, staff, and administration alike.
