Ratan Tata Memorial Lecture 2026 Postponed

The Centre for NaMo Studies (CNMS) regrets to inform that the 2nd Ratan Tata Memorial Lecture 2026, scheduled to be held on 9 October 2026 in New Delhi, commemorating the second death anniversary of the legendary industrialist and nation-builder Shri Ratan Naval Tata Ji, has been postponed.
The Lecture, themed “Ratan N. Tata: Enterprise, Ethics, Empathy and the Idea of Nation-Building,” was conceived as a platform to reflect upon Shri Ratan Tata Ji’s enduring legacy and his values of ethics, empathy, excellence and enterprise.
We are honoured that the Hon’ble Vice-President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, conveyed his appreciation for the initiative and described the Lecture and its commemorative souvenir as a commendable effort to preserve and reflect upon Shri Ratan Tata Ji’s enduring values and legacy. He also expressed confidence that the Lecture Series would inspire young entrepreneurs, professionals and citizens in the journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
However, Shri Noel N. Tata, Chairman, Tata Trusts, who was invited as the Chief Guest, has conveyed his inability to attend the programme as he will be out of the country. In view of his unavailability, CNMS has decided to postpone the Lecture and reschedule it for a later date.
The revised date and further details will be announced shortly.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience and deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support.
